Senate passed Biden's $1.9T rescue plan - approval 1-2 wks. The number w/b v close to $1.9T. Congress has now $3T in stimulus to spend for 2021 vs $2T in 2020. Liquidity is very much driving equity markets which is why we continue to see "buy the dip". #riskassets #cyclicals
