Digging deeper into Nov Durable Goods: sharp upward revision to core capital goods orders which now show 3-month average annualized increase at 24.8% and the level 7.4% above a year ago. Led by computers, electronics, machinery oil/gas.

In the midst of the bank news - $NKE decided to report earnings and post great numbers. NA, EMEA, APAC crushed. Even Converse beat. And digital up 84% which naturally helped margin upside. #couldhavedonethisyesterday.

I have been highlighting the upside potential for 2021 real GDP. Today, Cornerstone Macro's Nancy Lazar - one of the best on WS - raises 2021 GDP from 4% to 6%. This would be the strongest recovery since 1983. Higher profits will follow - perhaps to new highs.

Watch what CEOs do: $ADBE new $15B buyback, $ZTS increased divi by 25%, $AVGO FCF at $11.6B - record profitability and raises divi 11%, $BMY also joins divi +party. More to come - a 2021 theme. Not to mention the $1T in M&A ytd. Started by the legend in July - Warren Buffett.
